No stock in GL, should be 35 days (original 45 day lead time) from manufacturing completion. Aura plug in light create a new master item in system to make the future process simpler. Mina will communicate with Hussain on wiki updates once name confirmed and the process we will follow with timings.

Will airfreight stock for Winter sale release, should place purchase order this week. Mina will ask Michele to work out how many stock pieces and to work together with Yoshi for purchase order. No reply this week- will follow up.

Only black is suitable for deep etch as silver is unlikely to be ready in time. Deep etch team can manage with this as long as they have a silver swatch to use for photoshop. Still not shot.

Package design done- in sampling with supplier- @Mina Bassilious (Unlicensed) Approved packaging.

Not suitable to add light colour update at this late stage. Looking to see if the supplier has an option to change from ‘cool to warm’ light and can’t implement possibly integrate with Home Automation Systems - this will cost $300K, Dylan need to discuss with SLT. Coffey also possibly has an option but with King App is preference. DK has requested that we don’t do the expensive option, possibly a King Lighting App only which is managed by someone else.

Mina and Jordan should start discussions with Infinite luxe and research other companies for price/feature comparisons to ensure we know what we’re talking about with Coffey. @Mina Bassilious (Unlicensed) will speak to Dylan about white label apps that we can possibly rebrand as well. Then we can go back to DK with 3 options, no brand, rebrand and Ingenuity.

In terms of production readiness for flock is very much PO dependent. Mina will push Yoshi to send purchase order once design is finalised.

Costings arrived, send to Michele, but still awaiting tooling so won’t chase pricing team just yet.

WINTER- even with airfreight will be late due to production lead time. Product sample not completed yet.

DK meeting happened, a lot of feedback from DK which has changed the course and brief.

Weight is important (consider plastic or reduce alu material). Mechanical vertical movement mech remote operation direction now (single ceiling point), Jordan will start the conversation with Coffey. App integration is dumbed down for cost purposes- see above (Solaire).

@jordan will did some work on the modular version to explain to DK the number of wires visible and complexity of electrician set up. Will render one version and send to DK. Idea is individual pendants that magnetise together but are powered separately (electrician joins in ceiling to use one switch on the wall). Need an end cap.

Cabana seat cushion reticulated seat with mesh cover (no glue) completed. DK liked it. Mesh cover seems a success so far. Hot glue to provide extra strength to hold. - costing before end of the week. Possibly high costs in the mesh, hot glue only is the back up plan but harder for the factory.

Powder coat samples arrived into TH. Gloss level wrong, ask Nan to take middle sample from GL (varying GL versions) get supplier to match.

Knock-ins will be tooled in China- Alinta follow up

Travel- both China and Thailand. Alinta to talk to Shiyang and try to get a realistic answer.

Flock- 60 seats white frames completed which all need updates for magic joiners. Single seat is completed. All white frames of corner/seat/chaise are signed off apart from magic joiner. The covers are not yet signed off. Magic joiner solution for flock is removing dacron- Sebastian to work out the magic joiners for each size from golden samples eta Monday 5th June.

Possible gen 2 solution is attaching angle section or tube to smaller frames, or consider crushing tube on the larger frames to allow matching Joiner to all module types.

Working on product range expansion. White frame of chaise with arm due 3rd May. Urgently working on Accordian style seat first.

Super soft foam exploration

DK wants to explore using a super soft foam which is high density to replace dacron in some circumstances. Seen it at Cassina.

The team found a foam to replace LT48, rejected because they didn’t understand the purpose of the foam, as a backup supplier. It wasn’t as good as LT48 so they rejected it. Perhaps they misunderstood the brief.

Tanya to ask DK for more details.

3D printed rear legs will go on for tests today. Managing DKs updates okay from what Ponti can tell. DK has said to send all veneered legs to Thailand. Keep tabs on Wichai’s progress.

Once we decide on final custom mech, place order for Mechanisms. Would need to place our order by the end of next week.

DK signed off on 90 degree timber veneer and on table mechanisms.

Ponti will follow up with Ivy whether the factory will have all required parts and components on hand the moment that the prototype is signed off. Will also ask Ivy if there is any way to speed up the prototype and production.

Had some supplier hiccups on timeline issues currently looking at 3-4 weeks late for UK, CA- 2-3 weeks late, VicQld 1-2 weeks late. Will assess again closer to the and do our best to claw time back.

Prototype time 6.5 weeks once quotation approved, quotation approved, approx $1000 higher than the fixed table. UZ have received all steel and mechanism parts for starting the first prototype, and sending a PI today which GL will process by Thursday. UZ start prototype this week.

Leo/Frank and Sheng will probably go down next week to help brief UZ home next week. Ryan/Pearson will work with UZ home to ensure that they are trying to find all questions prior to their arrival.
