DK feedback was very positive and greatly appreciated. 2nd prototype starting this week for DK request to eclipse from the base. Tooling will be costly but will prototype anyway. The tooling done on the stool is incorrect, this needs to be addressed with GL & fabricator. A whole new seat form has been developed with updates- prototyping request with soft tool (limited use). Find out info on pricing and timing of soft tool- Mina.

COUNTER STOOL: Mina has complete engineering DWG. Seat pad needs to be re-considered- after sample off soft tool comes back successful.

Where do we want to produce this table? Trying suppliers everywhere.

UZ table sample complete end of March, they are the only supplier so far to commit to making the full range including 3m table. The most promising in a sea of unpromising suppliers so far. If all goes to plan could be in production (rest of) flock mid May, with customer orders producing July.

Low fi user manuals for Heritage fixed table for showrooms from 27th Feb.

First Cecco table sample (1.8m due mid March) after that consider sampling other sizes, no commitment from them.

Some extension mech’s have arrived, prototyping to start in TU. Cecco is the chosen supplier for FLOCK and production.- JUST NO,

Awaiting more mechanisms, as first mechs received were not up to our standards for suitability. Still need to source a mech that can be used for 2.4m to 3m- this is holding a much heavier weight. Making a new mech is a much longer tooling and development process.

(1.8s and 2.4s are way more popular in our sales history, but DK needs to confirm whether 2.4m to 3ish. We think DK will be happy with either option at the moment.)

Extension table needs more testing after design completion to make it customer ready (balance and compliance testing) due to nature of moving parts.

2nd extension table sample (using current mechanisms not best) plan to completed by Friday 10th March. This can be interacted with but not expecting to be anywhere final sample.
