Q- What tests have been performed on the Sleep+ 8000 mattress?  

A- Our mattresses have been tested and comply to a total of 300kg, this test was based on an even disbursement of weight across the entire mattress. 

We cannot guarantee that a large amount of concentrated weight will not affect internal components of the mattress. 

Indent body print is expected with heavier concentrated weight indents between 30-50mm may be observed. 

We are willing to honor the warranty as per manufacturing defects. 

Q- How do I prevent sheets pulling up on the Sleep+ 8000 mattress?  

A- The Sleep+ 8000 mattress is higher than a standard mattress so regular fitted sheets are not suitable, please advise customers that they should purchase deep sheets for their Sleep+ 8000 mattress.
