Q- Is the wram Fit cover washable?

A- Yes, the cord will need to be unplugged before washing, the internal wiring can be put in wash. Please feel free to follow the instructions included, it is also available on retail hub.

Q- What do I do if a Warmfit cover is not working?  

A- If any of the following occurs, replacing the controller with a new one is the only choice. Please email Spareparts as they have these in stock. 

1. F1 functional failure or voltage is out of range. 

1. F2 power working frequency over range 

1. F3 load open circuit 

1. F4 load short circuit 

1. F5 SCR(silicon controlled rectifier) short circuit internally.

A- 90% Spandex 10% Spandex 

Q- What is the composition of the cool fit cover?  

A- 53%PE 46% Polyester 1% Spandex  

Q- What is the composition of the warm fit cover?  

A- 100% Polyester  

Q- How many remotes are included with the warmfit cover?

A- King ,Queen, Double size warmfit cover have two controllers attached. Kingsingle size warmfit cover only has one controller attached.
