SOLIFIORE / FAQS

Do not use abrasive or strong cleaning products to clean the glass as this can affect the finish, if the cleaning agent is corrosive in anyway.  A damp cloth with a little bit of detergent and a lintless cloth or paper towel to dry is the best method to clean.

A- We have noticed that the LED globes supplied with the lamps have some compatibility issues. LED globes have their own little controller, which we feel is causing instability.

If this is an issue you can replace these globes with halogen globes that you can purchase from Bunnings. These traditional globes perform as they are meant to.

A- Please see below general troubleshooting guide:

  • The lights should be plugged directly into a GPO [General Power Outlet]. Where possible especially for the Solifiore we should try and avoid plugging these into double adapters/powerboards/extension cords as the controller is sensitive and fluctuations in power can affect the stability of this.

  • If your lamps begin to flicker, turn them off from the wall switch, wait 30 seconds for the power to discharge and turn them back on. This will reset the controller and touch dimming system.
