Q- Can our customer put an adjustable bed base and mattress on the Neo bed base?

A- No. The Neo Bed-frame has not been designed to support this product.  Trying to use this type of base with the bed-frame would void our warranty and would raise a number of safety concerns.  Strongly discourage the customer from attempting this.
