Q- How are the promenade bed slats constructed?

A- The promenade bed slats are a sprung slat on the storage bed.

Q- What is the weight of a Queen size Promenade bed?

A- Bedhead: 25kg

    Bedside: 21kg

    Bed foot: 10kg

    Components: 28.5kg

Q- I had this customer in our SR yesterday asking about putting the Promenade together and I was unsure how to help him.

He was saying that on the assembly sheet does not show how to put the slots on the storage base together. (He got up to step 5)

He took a photo of the slot in the base which is a groove of 8cm in length and a photo of the fabric opening which has 6.5cm opening.

He is concerned that if he puts these together he will rip the fabric.

Could you kindly contact the customer to discuss please?

A- Please advise your customer that we would recommend that he try to push the insert into the slot and it should be fine.

They can also cut a small slit into the fabric if they wish to and as it is not a woven fabric this should not tear at the hole any further.
