Spring Sale 2024: Transition to Drain-Through Foam · As part of the Spring Sale 2024, we are transitioning to drain-through foam for the entire Quay/Crescent Ottoman/King Cove range.

When placing orders, CS/KSC must check the ECN (Engineering Change Notice) to determine the change date/production week. Do not order drain-through fabric for non-drain-through frames (older frames), even though the option is available on the SAP portal. The use of drain-through fabric on old frames, which were built with indoor foam, will result in damage, including potential mould, rust, and structural issues over time.
