A- The bolster does not work on Willam, only the ones listed in the description.

A- 100% ultra-down

A- It would be our recommendation to the customer to purchase the William lounge as is including back cushions. This would be more cost effective for the customer rather than ordering individual pieces of the William and Individual Cushion Covers.  

The original cushion insert can be taken to an upholsterer to have new inserts made up to the customer's comfort specifications. That way if the customer prefers a firmer feel back cushion this can be made to spec and be designed to fit the opening of our cushion cover. This process will also ensure the covers will remain in the same dye lot and they can have the luxury of customizing their own comfort.
