Duck covers are like a pillowcase that goes around the feather/ultra-down insert. These covers will not reduce allergic reaction. Their purpose is to prevent loose feathers from poking through the fabric cover. We have had customers in the past request for the Jasper cushions to be made with just ultra-down but we found that the comfort of the sofa was significantly compromised. For this reason, we are not willing the provide the customer with this product.
It would be our recommendation to the customer to purchase the Jasper II lounge as is including back cushions. This would be more cost effective for the customer rather than ordering individual pieces of the Jasper II and Individual Cushion Covers. Â
The original cushion insert can be taken to an upholsterer to have new inserts made up to the customers comfort specifications. That way if the customer prefers a firmer feel back cushion this can be made to spec and be designed to fit the opening of our cushion cover. This process will also ensure the covers will remain in the same dye lot and they can have the luxury of customising their own comfort.Â
No Jasper II storage only uses the Jasper fixed leg that sit inside the storage tub.
Yes only when supplied with the Jasper pocket bracket.Â
In order to hide the cord, the customer would need to pull/feed the cord between the arm and platform and pull the cord around to where the two platforms meet and then down to the ground and out to the powerpoint (in the case of a chaise package). Â
In this case, where a customer has their floor-inset power-point in a specific position, this may not be possible without changing the configuration of the sofa. Â
Alternatively, they could try using the Jasper extension cord (PN 12024665) to extend their current cable and feed this around (between the arm and platform) to where the two platforms meet, down to the ground and then pull the cord back to the power point, with the cord hidden under the sofa.Â
When ordering the Jasper II, both storage and non-storage can be ordered as either feather or memory foam.Â
Q: What is the weight capacity of the Jasper Rectangular Platform tables? Â
