Currently for some fabrics, King utilizes a 2 phase approach to releasing fabrics; a soft and hard launch. Below are the requirement for each of the launch.

Looking into the process and next the steps required to create a sales onboarding video and an informational video about new products:

Next steps will be to create a 2 x Informational videos and 1 x sales onboarding video of existing product in this calendar year to trial the process and understand the ongoing resource requirements. If successful this will guide the budgetary requirements for next calendar year.

Sales Onboarding Video:

• To trial on Reo II

• Sales introduction including features and benefits

• Primarily for the sales stuff, although created in a way that the video can be customer facing

• If the trial is successful, it is proposed the sales Onboarding Video will be completed batch-wise

Instructional Video

• To trial on Storage Jasper bed & Reo II

• Inclusive of how to assemble the product from unboxing

• To be available for the delivery team and customers (easily accessible online)

• If the trial is successful, it is proposed the Instructional video will be completed batch-wise

• Could replace Instruction manuals

Other

• Estimated cost for complex/large products = $7,000 - $10,000 per product

• Voice over actor will be required

• A technician and designer will be required to be on set

• Approximately 1 month for post and preparing assets for release

For products King Living produce a “Product Card” This card entails important information about the product along with 2D drawings to show all possible configurations. The front page of this document currently utilizes deep etch and/or lifestyle imagery. Slowing down the process to complete the product card.
