Yes, Delta III brackets can be used on the Delta Coast.

Please be advised that magic joiners WON’T WORK on any Delta Coast products as the magic joiner can’t navigate the bulk of the loose skirt.

Delta Coast now comes grippy feet (PN 12032487) which are intended to replace magic joiners by providing floor tracking that discourage the platforms from sliding. For older universal legs customers can opt to purchase foot grips PN 14050845

No, magic joiners are not an option on the Delta Coast. Adjustable Sticky Grip Pads (PN 14050845) can be used that discourage the platforms from sliding.
