September 2024 Update: the KingCove, Crescent Ottoman Outdoor, and Quay dining chairs, counter, and bar stool ranges, new white frames have transitioned to drain through foam, making them compatible with drain-through fabrics.

Q - Can I order drain-through fabrics for for older frames? and what are the risks of using drain-through fabric on older frames that were built with indoor foam? 

When placing orders, CS/KSC must check the ECN (Engineering Change Notice) to determine the change date/production week. Do not order drain-through fabric for non-drain-through frames (older frames), even though the option is available on the SAP portal. The use of drain-through fabric on old frames, which were built with indoor foam, will result in damage, including potential mould, rust, and structural issues over time.

Q- Can we sell the Quay Outdoor Dining chair with Dawn/Salt or Dusk/Rock?  

A- No, the Quay Outdoor Dining chair cannot mix the rope colours and powder coat colours.

Q- Can we sell the new Quay Outdoor Dining chair seat pads with existing Quay Outdoor Dining chairs?   

A- Yes, we can sell the Quay Outdoor Dining chair seat pads, customers will need to order both the back cushion and new seat pad.
