SPECIFICATIONS:

Q- What are the dimensions of the DeltaO III WeatherGuard Package 3? 

A- The fabric itself is quite thin, so the overall width and depth dimensions are only a very small increase in size. 

The current DeltaO III WeatherGuards however are used by removing the back cushions from their position and placing them on the seat before covering the whole base. So the dimensions would be a little bit different in depth and height.

The approximate dimensions of these when covered are the following: 

W: 1770mm, D: 810mm, H: Measure in store an indoor delta sofa with the back cushion lying front down on top of the seat (add about 5mm or so for fabric height), you could get this height.

Q- Why does the Delta O III seat cushion dip on each side?  

A- The reason for the Domed seat is primarily for comfort and also it aids recovery of the seat and reduces puddling of the fabric over-time. 

Slight variations in the construction of the seat cannot be avoided as many of the processes including the seat cushion construction, the Cut & Sewn covers along with the actual covering process are done by hand.  Variations can occur in each step.  These variations if too noticeable can often be rectified with some simple adjustments.  

All manufacturing processes work within tolerances.  If you feel the customer will insist on exact measurements and perfect uniformity it would be best to explain the above as to why we cannot guarantee this but will always stand by our product and will rectify genuine faults or poor workmanship. 

Q- Why are my Delta O III WeatherGuards too small?  

A- The WeatherGuard requires removing the back cushions and placing them face down on the seat cushions before covering. 

The new WeatherGuard II will allow the customer to keep the back cushions in an upright position.
