The Haven arm and backrest feature two mechanisms:

  1. Height Adjustment: This allows the armback to transform from a low to a high backrest. The mechanism is hidden within the armback and made from strong stainless steel, assisted by a gas strut. When lowering the armback from high to low, you'll feel slight resistance until the gas strut activates for a smooth transition. The armback height is designed to be adjusted occasionally, letting customers reconfigure their space as desired.

  1. Flex Mechanism: This feature allows the armback to flex into various forms and recline into different comfort positions. It works through a chain mechanism, similar to the one used in the Fleur backrest, offering flexibility and support in multiple seating positions.

 

  • Removable Arm/Back: Each arm and back is the same piece, allowing you to rearrange the sofa to any configuration.

  • Removable Covers: Removable covers for cleaning and recovering.

  • Flexible Corners on Arm/Back: Each corner of the arm/back can move independently, adjusting to your preferred recline angle and adding sculptural softness to the design.

  • Height Adjustable Arm/Back: Equipped with a mechanism to adjust each back to a high back for extra support and comfort, easily adjustable back down.

    • The Haven's high and low back adjustment is smoothly assisted by a gas strut. Please note that the movement is not strictly vertical; it has a slight outward motion before lifting.

  • Adjustable Legs: Allow extra height if required.

  • Platform Tables: The King Boulevard platform table is compatible with the Haven sofa. It can fit into the knock-ins where they are not already occupied.

 

Haven is available in Premium Soft and Premium Firm options.

  • Premium Soft features a special foam with high-resilience and rebounding foam that offers a soft feel with excellent support. This new-generation foam, commonly found in high-end furniture, is used for the first time in a KING sofa with Haven.

  • Premium Firm is designed for customers who prefer a firmer seating experience.

Both seating options include extra-high pocket springs that work together with KING’s signature steel frame and pumaflex, providing enhanced softness and support.
