Product Overview 

Embrace architectural, considered design. Crafted from natural teak and high-performance materials, the Plateau Dining range is the perfect base for making memories for years to come.  

The Plateau Dining Table is crafted from steel for maximum strength and KingCote® powder-coated to ensure protection from the elements. Aluminium alloy legs are gently arched for a soft profile and inset to allow for both bench and chair-friendly seating. The responsibly sourced teak inserts on the Plateau range brings the warm touch of timber. The PlateauO teak naturally develops a resilient silver-grey patina when exposed to the outdoors, influenced by climate, exposure, and care. 

*New to range is the 10-seater PlateauO Dining Table dining table with clean, architectural lines, classic form, timeless, free from unnecessary ornamentation. Perfectly pair with the Plateau Dining Bench to accommodate larger groups.

The PlateauO Dining range is available in signature KingCote® coat finishes and is backed by the King Outdoor Warranty.

Delivery Information 

PlateauO dining and benches are packaged in one box each.

Legs will be required to be assembled to the tabletop (two people are required for safe assembly) refer to assembly instructions.

Maintenance Tips 

Teak is an incredibly durable timber for outdoor furniture. Its density and naturally high oil content prevent rot and protect against fungus and wood-boring pests. King Living products are finished with an outdoor oil coating for extra protection.  

• Clean fallen leaves and debris, bird droppings, and food and beverage spills immediately to avoid staining and mold. 

• Move vases, pottery, and other objects regularly to avoid staining and mold. Avoid plastic tablecloths as this can affect moisture circulation around the timber. 

• Ensure furniture is covered between outdoor seasons and avoid letting water lie dormant on furniture. King Living WeatherGuard covers are available to protect your furniture pieces and are recommended. Ensure teak is clean and dry before covering. 

• Avoid cleaning in direct sun and ensure furniture is cooled down before you start the cleaning process. 

• Use protective gloves and ensure that water run-off will not damage sensitive flooring. 

• DO NOT use a high-pressure cleaner, steamer, abrasive sponges, steel brushes, or any abrasive cleaners. 

• Teak expands and contracts due to changes in climate. Hairline cracks may form in the wood grain over time. This does not affect the structural integrity of the timber. 

• Due to the high oil content of teak, oil surfacing can occur when exposed to rain and humidity. This can develop multiple times before naturally subsiding after several months. Deep cleaning will remove affected areas.
