Strata II / FAQS

Q- Can you move the back rest on the Strata II Fixed?  

A- No, the Strata II fixed will be completely fixed, no moving backrest. Please let your team know when selling that the customers can choose from completely fixed or motorised seat versions from the Strata II range and the original Strata is only available for CS purposes from now on. 

Q- Can you use a battery pack on Strata II? 

A- No, currently we are unable to use battery packs on the Strata II 

Q- Can we still order the Strata Square Swivel?  

A- Yes, the Strata II Fixed Chair Swivel is the same as the Strata Square Swivel. 

Q- Can we supply adjustable legs on the Strata II?  

A- No, there currently is not an adjustable leg option for the Strata DLX. 

Q- Can we supply a LH/RH arm option on Strata II?  

A- No, there are no current plans to include these items in the Strata II range. Please order these items from the Strata I range 

Q- Are there different sized bolsters for the Strata? 

A- Yes, there are two different widths of back cushion so there would be two widths of bolster, but the shape of the bolster would be the same for both.
