Q- Is the base of the Jasper Storage Ottoman supposed to touch the floor?  

A- Yes, the base of the Jasper Storage Ottoman is supposed to touch the floor the bottom of the storage unit is slightly bowed and follows the underside profile of the seat cushion to maximise storage space. It is moulded to that shape and is a hard plastic, so is not sagging.  

 

Q- What gas strut is supplied with the Jasper Storage Ottoman?
