Q- Do we have a tool to assist in assembling the Cassia Bar Stool?  

 

A- No, this issue has been brought to the attention of the engineers and they have advised the following: 

The challenge is in getting the little metal ring on the black crossbar inside the hole without scratching the timber. Sometimes the metal ring can be found slightly deformed. 

We did some slight tweaks to make the ring slip easier without any tools. It will take a couple of months for the new batch to arrive for deliveries though. 

But, in the meantime, attached above is an instruction sheet for this particular scenario.
