Q- Can we use the Li-On battery pack on a NEO DLX sofa?  

A- No, the Li-on battery pack is only for King Cloud, Nimbus and Leon. The current Neo II configuration does not allow for the Li-on battery to be compatible.  

Q- Is the Neo High Back still available for purchase? 

A- No, the Neo High back has been discontinued, if your customer is still after a high back sofa they could look at the Bellaire.

A- The original components of the Neo I DLX Package B2 are;

Q- Can we still manufacture the Neo I platforms?  

A- No, you will have to order the new Neo II platform which is slightly thicker (by 8mm) than the old platform. 

Q- Are Neo I and Neo II fixed sofa components compatible? 

A- Yes, Neo I and Neo II fixed are compatible Neo II has a slightly longer back and arm pin. 

If a customer needs new pieces that are connected to the platform e.g. if they want to swap out the ottoman seat on the B1 package, they can purchase Neo II seat and back plus a pair of Neo I pins.   

Q- Are Neo I and Neo II DLX sofa components compatible? 

A- No, Neo I DLX and Neo II DLX are not compatible. As we have changed the electric button from seat cushion to back cushion.

Q- Can we still order the old Neo I leg?  

A- No, these cannot be made 

Q- Does the Neo Ottoman 781 seat cushion attach to the platform base? Or does it just sit on the top of the platform base? 

A- You can’t order the platform separately. The cushion is attached to the base via the cover which is velcroed to the platform.
