Important Note for Customer Service/KSC:
When placing orders, CS/KSC must check the ECN (Engineering Change Notice) to determine the change date/production week. Do not order drain-through fabric for non-drain-through frames (older frames), even though the option is available on the SAP portal. The use of drain-through fabric on old frames, which were built with indoor foam, will result in damage, including potential mould, rust, and structural issues over time.

Maintenance Tips
Follow standard outdoor fabric cleaning and care instructions (refer to the Outdoor Care Guide).
Clean and dry the dining chairs before covering them with a WeatherGuard cover for protection.
WeatherGuard covers are available for both armed and armless chairs or as part of a table and chair package set.
