Q- What is the colour temperature of the Sofalight?  

A- The CCT [Combined Colour Temperature] of our sofa lights is 3000K Warm White. 

 

Q- What is the life expectancy of our LED pocket light?  

A- They should last for 50,000 hours of use at a minimum before a replacement would be required. This equates to around 20 years when used an average of 4 hours a day. 

 

Q- Can you replace components on our LED pocket light?  

A- No, it is not possible to replace components within the LED Sofa Light itself 

 

Q- Can you charge an iPad on our charge tables? 

A- Yes, you can charge any device that is compatible with wireless charging 

 

Q- Do you have to take the device cover off in order to use our charge tables? 

A- No, covers under 4mm should not inhibit the charging capabilities of the table, that being said it also depends on the material the cover is made from. 

 

Q- Do our speaker brackets also accommodate the new Sonos One SL? 

A- Yes, the Sonos One SL will work on our existing speaker bracket as well as the Sonos Play 1 and Sonos One.  

 

Q- What is the difference between the Straight, Cantilever and Angled Arm options for the new Lume Light? 

A- The straight bracket is for traditional Smart Pockets, the cantilever (double and single port) bracket belongs on the Bellaire for the light and pocket accessory table together, and the angled bracket belongs to the Bellaire and Jasper bed. 

 

Q- Can you put Bose speakers on our speaker brackets?  

A- No, our speaker brackets have only been designed for Sonos speakers. 

 

Q- How do I get my iPhone 13 to wireless charge?

A-  Please ensure the customer has:  

  

  • The latest iOS version as stated below. 

  • Completed a Force restart procedure below 

  • Removed any NON-Qi certified cases  

  

Update Your Device Software 

Update the iPhone to the latest iOS version: 

  1. Connect iPhone to Wi-Fi. 

  1. Open the Settings App. 

  1. Tap General. 

  1. Select Software Update. the latest version is iOS 15.0.2 

  1. Download and Install Software Update if the prompt appears. 

Force Restart iPhone 

After the iOS, update complete a force restart of the iPhone. 

  • Press and quickly release the Volume Up button. 

  • Press and quickly release the Volume Down button. 

  • Press and hold the Side button until the Apple logo appears on display.
