Q- Will the grain pattern on marble be consistent with showroom display peices?

A- No, being a natural material the grain pattern, colours and pigments in natural stone will vary. 

Q- Are our marble tables sealed?

A- Yes, our marble is sealed, but given the treatment by the customer, re-sealing may need to be considered as marble is a natural product so it is still porous.  

Q- Is there an estimated period of time in which a sealant should be reapplied to our marble products? 

A- The expected life before re-application is around 2-3years. 

Q: Are small imperfections, like veins, specks, or colour variations, considered defects in marble?
A: No, these are natural characteristics of marble and add to its unique beauty. Each piece is one-of-a-kind, showcasing variations in veining, colour, and texture that cannot be replicated.

Q: Can marble stain or scratch over time?
A: Yes, as a natural stone, marble is more susceptible to staining and scratching if exposed to acidic substances, oils, or abrasive materials. Proper care, such as using coasters and cleaning spills immediately, will help maintain its surface.

Q: How should customers clean their marble furniture?
A: Always use a soft cloth and pH-neutral cleaner specifically designed for stone surfaces. Avoid abrasive pads or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the sealant or the marble itself.

Q: Will the colour of my marble table change over time?
A: Over time, slight changes in the appearance of marble can occur due to natural aging, wear, and exposure to light. This is normal and contributes to its patina and charm.
