PALLINO PORTABLE | LIGHTING | ongoing | Tarmac will start prototyping new anodised colour options slowly. Colours driven by Michele. Stock will be late, should be confirmed how long the lead time before sale period starts. Tarmac will let Michele know all stock lead times prior to sale start in order for showroom communication. Spare parts- Mina will look into it and compare to other products ask Yoshi. Then enter spare part items into SAP. Hussain is working on it and Mina doing the packaging for this. Need to lengthen the initial lead time as supply is delayed slightly. Will alert Coffey to the fact that we have made sales already. Start prototyping the bronze colour powder coat from Myco. | FLOCK on the water, arrive by Post Autumn Purchase order split into 4 sections, next 3 orders can have colour changes based on market feedback. | POST AUTUMN | May 1st | Completed |
| GREEN | |||||
FARO PENDANT | LIGHTING | ongoing | Final samples arrived in TU. Product development 100% complete. Aura plug in light create a new master item in system to make the future process simpler. Mina will communicate with Hussain on wiki updates once name confirmed and the process we will follow with timings. Michele working on PO, customer purchase has already started. Decided to go with lead time storing in GL. Mina requested invoice for the PO from Coffey, once we pay they can start production. | WINTER- air freight for flock would be required- and stock for immediate release? | Jun 15 | Production week 26th March |
| GREEN | ||||||
LUNA TIMBER | BARSTOOL | Done, counter stool also available now. Will remove from task list. Will airfreight just the one base frame for managers meeting. Spare parts process underway with Hussain. | AUTUMN | Mar 23 | ETA Mar 25 |
| GREEN | |||||||
ELEVATE | HOME-OFF | ongoing | Sample for Elevate is on it’s way to TU. Cecco top sample received. Awaiting rest of product costing from GL. Consider sending Elevate top to new solid timber suppliers. Xiangu leg sample also completed, awaiting costings from Xiangyu and JiaShun. Aesthetic design in solidworks for the leg sleeve is done, Mina will 3D print a leg sleeve for testing once sample from GL arrives. | SUMMER- delayed by DK | Sept 14 | early July |

SOLAIR ALU POCKET Accessory (with shade/turn dial shape) | ACCESSORY | ongoing | Samples received from supplier for review - review sent and feedback received, they will implement updates, new sample underway. Still no lead time info. Only black is suitable for deep etch as silver is unlikely to be ready in time. Deep etch team can manage with this as long as they have a silver swatch to use for photoshop. Still not shot. Costing is with Michele, expect Coffey to complete Sample by 23/06 Not suitable to add lighting colour update at this late stage. Looking to see if the supplier has an option to change from ‘cool to warm’ light and can’t implement possibly integrate with Home Automation Systems - this will cost $300K, Dylan need to discuss with SLT. Coffey also possibly has an option but with King App is preference. DK has requested that we don’t do the expensive option, possibly a King Lighting App only which is managed by someone else. Spoke to Coffey re other app options, he had ideas and companies suggested, awaiting info from Coffey to email. Then we can go back to DK with 3 options, no brand, rebrand and Ingenuity. In terms of production readiness for flock is very much PO dependent once we get feedback from pricing. Costings arrived, sent to Michele, but still awaiting tooling (off tool parts) but will let Michele/Damo know about initial costings. | WINTER- even with airfreight will be late due to production lead time. Product sample not completed yet. Push to Post Winter or beyond. Mina to confirm. | - | - |

HELIO PENDANT | LIGHTING | ongoing | DK meeting happened, a lot of feedback from DK which has changed the course and brief. Weight is important (consider plastic or reduce alu material). Mechanical vertical movement mech remote operation direction now (single ceiling point), Jordan will start the conversation with Coffey. App integration is dumbed down for cost purposes- see above (Solaire). @jordan will did some work on the modular version to explain to DK the number of wires visible and complexity of electrician set up. Will render one version and send to DK. Idea is individual pendants that magnetise together but are powered separately (electrician joins in ceiling to use one switch on the wall). Need an end cap- put aside until gap in firefly timeline. | DELAYED | N/A |
| RED | |||||||
ETO DESK V2.0 | HOME-OFF | ongoing | Timber accessories all samples complete. On a boat to TU. Handful of adjustments with the team, Mina managing in a document. TF discussion happened- he’s open to updates, with no1 request being solid timber top. Preferencing new top style. All is resting on pricing for the time being, if solid top can be accommodated then production almost ready. If veneer then will need resampling. Need pricing feedback first. Aluminium charger ring, feedback to supplier has been completed- no issues from supplier and Tom is happy. | paused | June 15 | early April |
| RED | ||||||

Two stools have been air freighted for photography. | POST WINTER!- Spring? | Aug 3 | 16th May |

LUNA UPH | BARSTOOL & COUNTER STOOL | ongoing | BARSTOOL & COUNTER STOOL: Dome consideration to add to seat top. Cut dome in production for flock. Flock on the way to showrooms, Mina working on spare parts. Mina to look at updating tooling to include the dome. ELEMENT EXTENSION TBL | OUTDOOR | Ongoing | New concept. DK to approve concept/range plan. Waiting on Tanya looking over the brief. (Need to discuss with DK.) Note: design direction from DK is with a D end. Extension mech spec sheet needed by the supplier. Mina do concepts by next week to review. Set meeting to go through it Wednesday 26th April. Need to consider whether it’s important for next years outdoor release. Tanya to find out if we still want it as a priority for next year, then need to get Mina started on it slowly now. | Not assigned- paused. Need proper brief. |

Not a project as company agreed to install into ceiling. | Not Assigned | - | - |

DIRECTORS CHAIR | OUTDOOR | Documentation shared to Shiyang, tooling and BOM cost due from Shiyang 23/06. Cross brace costed in stainless and Aluminium. Sling cover sample 1 completed. Highlighted comfort issues in frame form. Zipper was used need to test strength, also fabric stretched. Highlighting that we need stronger batylene, or layer up with stronger fabrics quilted. Plan to go to prototype tooling ASAP (after 1 month extrusion tooling ready). This then needs to tested in press tools, with aluminium bounce back would expect issues, but minimal 2 weeks for tweaking. This is with press tool starting at same time as extrusion tooling. Lounge chair solidworks completed and sent to Shiyang to sample after normal chair. Even minimising the sling cover prototyping time (1 week) we are in early September for production start. Even if we start tooling after quoting immediately, we are still mid July for off tool components. Need to work out using off tool components all the small mechs at this point as well. Even if we buy off the shelf extrusion, we need to make 4 weeks for press tool + 2 weeks for tweaking. Mina not interested in weeks of workshop time to make the photoshoot items which will not be useful for product release and will slow that down. A little bit of downtime while awaiting tooling completion. Cheap mesh sample- Mina is currently testing the mesh with 150kg to test if stretch and seams are suitable. Order the extrusion tooling after quotations returned. CAPEXs will need to be raised. If Mina has time prior to briefing of new projects he will start the form modelling of the counter version. | Unassigned as yet | Aug 3 | Early May |

FIREFLY- outdoor lantern | OUTDOOR | Brief - portable, charging, ip rated, fabric integration for softer feel. Concept stage- conversation with Tanya once prototypes are completed. Brief update permanent outdoor version, so needs higher IP rating. DK confirmed wants plug in charging. Coffey has a lot of experience with outdoor lights, will Jordan Ruchalski (Unlicensed) Finish 3D print 30/05 and big goal to have a form idea which DK accepts by 2/06. Testing other quick texture ideas in solidworks. Form ready for production 19/06 to meet with Coffey 20/06 (Jordan meet today) DK meeting 31/05- charging near house rather than in garden space. Plug in charger. Start with smooth finish consider adding ribs/texture down the line. Make the shapes more mix and match between the sizes (squat and elongated). Upmarket sound solution to incorporate in (ask Coffey). Wifi compatibility decided due lower cost, as well as fixed on/off switch possibly with Pallino operation capabilities. Spoke to Coffey re other app options 20/06 (Mina will ask), he had ideas and companies suggested, awaiting info from Coffey to email. Then we can go back to DK with 3 options, no brand, rebrand and Ingenuity. | Post spring | Aug 3 | Early May |

1977 | SOFAS | Magic joiners are not functioning without frame alterations, we think investigating velcro joiners is out because of DK. Ratchet foot cup/leg loop solution and the steel extra screwing into the frame underside. Ordered rubber bands and leg velcro joiners for testing, hopefully one of these options works out as a temp flock solution at the very least. Currently the cup is underway but off the shelf solution is the priority. Stefan understands the issue on the legs lining up issue and he needs to play around with the CAD as we can’t open the newer files. Live project tracker has been put together by Seb, Wichai needs to populate and then we will have access. Working on product range expansion. White frame of chaise with arm due 3rd May. Urgently working on Accordian style love seat first. Still awaiting feedback from Frank.

Super soft foam exploration | SOFA GENERAL | DK wants to explore using a super soft foam which is high density to replace dacron in some circumstances. Seen it at Cassina. The team found a foam to replace LT48, rejected because they didn’t understand the purpose of the foam, as a backup supplier. It wasn’t as good as LT48 so they rejected it. Perhaps they misunderstood the brief. Tanya to ask DK for more details. Tanya Rechberger discuss with Michele and DK re the designer and priority of DKs new sofa design. Also ask MD for foam sample from Italy if possible. |

HEIRLOOM CHR | DINING | Plastic injection moulding for legs underway- due in GL 7th May, 2 weeks for veneering. Due in Thailand 29th May. Have not shipped out yet, won’t ship out from GL until mid June. Shouldn’t negatively impact customer timelines. Plastic legs fit well, after welding jigs were corrected. First production week in TH at the latest 2325- June 12th. Tight turnaround on production but after off tool leg test was successful, don’t anticipate issues. Ponti to communicate to Shiyang that can’t afford any more leg delays or GL will be the cause of further delay. Production was meant to be starting this week in Thailand. Tanya to ask DK if it’s suitable for these orders at least. Gam made some updates to the patterns including automotive closure. Requested packaging testing, awaiting feedback. Requested die lines for die lines in order to start packaging artwork, awaiting Wichai still. DK sent a video of the product and some images, Ryan will try to Beta photoshop app for managers meeting. | AUTUMN | Mar 23 | Feb Qty: 26 |

HERITAGE EXT. TBL | DINING | GL Making sample now. Working on multiple avenues at the moment, custom supplier parts and in house version. DK pushed for in house again, Shiyang has big concerns which have been communicated with DK. We will push ahead in any case and Cecco make a sample of timber components. Working to tight timeline as updated by Team Ponti here 2023 PROJECT CALANDER Ryan&Pearson.xlsx DK signed off on 90 degree timber veneer and on table mechanisms. Ryan asked Shiyang to sign off on the butterfly mech with UZ 14/06 Had some supplier hiccups on timeline issues currently looking at 3-4 weeks late for UK, CA- 2-3 weeks late, VicQld 1-2 weeks late. Will assess again closer to the and do our best to claw time back. Prototype time 6.5 weeks which has begun, quotation approved, approx $1000 higher than the fixed table. Payment for sample has been processed. UZ prototype expected due date is July 10-16th. June 24th is new sample date from speedy new Shanghai supplier, but we don’t have as much faith in this version. It’s a back up plan. They have signed NDA and agreement already. UZ a bit disappointing but Shengshen is promising so far. The timber work is decent. Ponti meeting with Tony D. as well to manage number of drivers for lift etc. Will ask Tony to pass onto his team members, they worked it out. Starting on motor addition, purchasing at GL have ordered custom linear actuator for slide mech., rotational motor still in discussions. Latest quotes from UZ home for manual extension table are walnut $2974 AUD and $2345 AUD for Congo/Smoked oak. Shangsheng is approx. $400 cheaper for walnut version. Shiyang currently working on the gas strut/catch component for the nice to have feature. Nothing has happened, need to step back and have a blue sky brainstorming session. In house installation of mechanism - Ryan will start Shiyang on this. | POST SPRING | 4th November | 13th August |

TASMAN CHR | DINING | Samples with suppliers soon, currently reviewing Yabo drawings, so far suitable. DK has approved with improvements to the seat inlay. GL to send a steel seat frame to Yabo. Work on the sample from Yabo in GL to improve cover once received. Plan to have a seat insert manufactured in GL and assembled in Customers home. +/- 3mm tolerance on the chairs is achievable which will assist in this process. Aware it’s very risky and will be putting a lot of work into minimising risk in order to get max benefit. | SUMMER | May 4 | Mar |

LIGHT TIMBER COLOUR OPTION/ Master stain update | Trying to create King master colours across the board, as well as new lighter colour. Pearson has ideas on using Ash instead of Red Oak across the board, it’s cheaper and more durable. Pearson will speak to GL team to get some sampling moving along. Cecco is remaking some samples, Oil based was used instead of water based, so needed to redo. Fingers crossed it will be faster this time (not 6 weeks like last time). Only Cecco currently looking at light timber option as they are our main solid timber supplier and they use the best water based finished. Veneer sample master underway with one supplier currently. Pearson will follow up. GL purchasing team assisting with this to try to bring all finishes into line together to match colours better. UZ samples underway to ensure timber finishes from them match. | |||||||||
