Q- What bedframe would you recommend with a sleep+9008 mattress?  

A- Our recommendation would be the serenade bed frame or the sleep+ bed base and bed head.  

 

Q- What gas strut should be supplied for a mattress that weighs 100kgs?  

A- We are now able to supply a 2000n gas strut for mattresses that weigh between 90-99 

 

Q- Are our mattresses suitable for an adjustable bed frame? 

A- No, design is currently working on a new range of mattresses for adjustable bed frames 

 

Q- Should we advise our customers to rotate their sleep+ mattresses (including the comfort layer)?  

A- Yes, we would advise rotating (2-3times per year) the components inside 180degrees will help to reduce material fatigue or dips in the surface. 

 

Q- What is the weight of the Sleep + Plus mattresses?

 Q- What would be considered a defective mattress?  

A- If the indentation is more than a 20mm dip, then this is not normal. If it's 20mm or less, then this is considered normal. To measure a customer can place a broom across bed and measure how much of a dip there is away from broom to measure the above dimension.
