Mostly only Fabric change for price reduction from Cloud. - DK okay with this. More resolves on pattern and seat comfort- once we get it- assess it as improvements since flock have been made. To update: footrest mechanism cover- alternative fabric (air freight to showrooms), first sample in GL now, get a video of how to install onto frames for service techs (Dom makes it before holiday). KingCinema: mechanical “push start” buttons version. Timeline for release on these- first off tool sample due in to GL. Make first prototype on 700 model, early Dec hope to verify pilot run by end November/early Dec. That would determine waiting for flock prior to release. 12 Nov 2024 Issue encountered with buttons being too hard to press comfortably, trying interim solve in GL now, hope for result on this in afternoon, determine if this will work prior to exploring back up options and following with DK. Still need confirmation from commercial on release plan with or without flock- Autumn is soonest flock option if we can convince business to wait. (Suggest early NSW flock get shipped for training video.) KingCinema as Leon Chair replacement - meeting set for GL discussion next week, and the CAD being assessed by Dom of Leon Chair now - next week12 Nov 2024. Dom do two sketch mock ups of 700 cinema chair and Leon morphed into Cinema for convo with DK. Put forward stressless power concept as third option- longer development time. Confirm with NPI team whether we release with or without flock. Heating Feature option Cooling Feature option App Functionality need to set meeting with DK for scope- after Dom’s research trip, Dom feels like it’s not a good enough massager without compromising on comfort to include it. 12 Nov 2024 Order in parts for prototypes - parts arrived, ask GL to show on screen what they’re like. 08 Oct 2024 Then work through next steps to put into existing product, or re brief the concept. Discuss with Shiyang. Travel to GL to assess the product if it works. Push Shiyang on starting prototype now, create a check in brief for Tanya to oversee while Dom away 19 Nov 2024 meeting on 05 Nov 2024 Early March product sign off is our target so that production can be ready to start last week of March. (Live for sale 25 Jun 2024 ) Organise for rubber bumpers to be shipped out to showrooms with instructions as frames were sent without. Sourcing FRP and other options through KFT Purchasing team 20 May 2024 - purchasing needs a push. In hiatus. also investigating with GL wire mesh from fencing (5mm wire so 10mm total) welded around the top edge with sling cover over the top. (Have to run past DK after sample completed.) Nok trialing DK’s new idea- testing in KFT, also investigating non- suspension methods which are more production friendly than current.- Awaiting Ao’s time 20 May 2024 in hiatus Soften the seat cushion and Backrests (foam supplier update has contributed to firmness) -. Assessed the current construction - seat dome went missing, so increase the layer to match initial design preference 12 Jul 2024 Made one sample which was softer but not soft enough. dominic.harrison discuss with Shiyang if it can be softer still, also discuss with Michele/Therese if there’s room in margin for getting more expensive to be softer. Consider back rest softer too. UK add in non-drain through with UK indoor foam for OD- IF confirmed (likely not needed)- Update collateral NPI (product info sheet- wiki etc)- follow up Chantelle for whether orders were if not- can push to later. Update product info sheets with new finishes and new style.

Send quantities to GL, flock needs to leave by 2452 (week starting 23 December) for Autumn sale. ~~Shiyang to request Showroom sample tile artwork for labels.~~ Artwork done. Chantelle place orders for showrooms. (Can’t release before March due to stock) MALABAR Going live from Summer sale on King Cove shelves and coffee tables. Hussain to add to campaign kit. HORIZON BED RANGE EXTENSIONS - GRAND AND STORAGE BED	need a new SKU for headboard as it looks bad raised up yet the storage tub and tube attachments are different to floating bed. Need time for GL to get it right (squeezed right now), so put on list for post spring and reconsider time line 01 Oct 2024 Welding bottleneck, consider timeline after it’s passed. Verizon - vertical lines on the bed (make a sample wing when Allan has time for DK’s assessment.) No time promises until 1977 pattern stress is passed. No next milestone, Adam will let Alinta know when ready to discuss next. 06 Aug 2024 Improve scoping documentation to better sell to the business. Work on reducing the tooling costs without reducing scope. 06 Aug 2024 Estimate tooling around 45,000 rmb.	Adam to redefine small-end cut off point. Decided not to include Vizio speakers. Trundle/Horizon Sofa bed	19 Feb 2024 Had briefing chat with DK and Michele- target BOM $400 and 550 AUD. - currently within BOM targets V1 Prototype costings received - $489 AUD Raw material (Metal+Plywood+foam+pocket spring)= 700RMB Powder coating (estimated)=200RMB Legs (Jasper) =70RMB Mattress lining material = 200RMB Back (no change as before)=314RMB (without cost of fabric) Covers = 500RMB??? Maybe Dom put together 3 options for DK, including trundle concept (with market disruptor upgrades), cheap finger slat option and Oscar upgrade (maybe not fall to Dom)- just for strategy conversation. Start with 800 x 2000 size first (EU KING when open) for first prototype. (Maybe smaller AU Queen (1520 x 2030) as an option too). Start CAD tomorrow. 06 Aug 2024 Order steel tomorrow. DK mentioned thinner mattresses might look neater. He also thinks that the Horizon bed style is the more saleable. 27 Aug 2024 Duplex = 170 euro vs Oscar mech = 114.85 euro. (DK doesn’t like anymore and too pricey). Sedac BQ EZ mech from local china supplier = 350 rmb or 650 rmb for mech + frame. Assessed mech in person in GL, sending to TU now in container.	02 Dec 2024 Shiyang wants to have Li Shu as a resource only if Sedac can’t offer to our requirements. We don’t have high confidence on this. DK confirmed deep seat to make a Queen from a one step slide forward, rather than a 2step slide out. Preference to develop own mechanism 2050mm for sleeping normally rather than sideways.
UNDER BED LIGHTING KIT	Under bed light option- functionality sample to arrive Monday 15 Jul 2024 new dates after that. Kirsty is aware of it not being ready to sell for Spring. Not ready for Spring release, but will be transferrable to other products. (hard to quantify timeline) - wait for return of quote from supplier before committing to timeline. 06 Aug 2024 Project team is set together Dylan, Shiyang and Alinta. Dylan/Shiyang taking current lead for now, sending parts to suppliers. Cost price estimate set by Dylan at $38 AUD, a little high for now, but something to start and assess as we go. 06 Aug 2024 -	Guangzhou supplier can’t work with us direct. Need to figure out alternative plan. Will use existing GL supplier, pushing out review until at least (GL capability dependent) 13 Jan 2025	low priority
CABANA	Change to threaded part OR button/live hinge for the elastic end caps on the Shade cloth poles. (Commercial had a customer where they keep coming loose.) Consider Pergola and swing	Kahn and Sebastian ordering in curtain fabric to test new shade method. Unknown on delivery time just yet. Shift to new year. Teak look ceramic for shelf. Sample pieces en route to TU More CS issues- look at in KFT- ran out of time. Clean up production area in KFT and see if it’s improving things, also analyse CS data on return to office. Shiyang measured frame, to make Weatherguard in GL when quiet. DK 4/12/24 agreed to adding vents in shade cloth
DUNE BEDSIDE TABLE/Case Goods	Plan to Then Ask Jiashun for updated quotes based on the 2 drawer and single drawer option. Analyse cost down opportunities on this product through JiaShun including Melamine timber painted panel on rear Cheapest (with longevity option) on the underside hidden under screwed on top finish Ask jiashun to advise here (no marble requirement for top) create a timeline for possible release (relying on Arsalan for transport components) Range extension development - be guided by Aspen and Dainelli range currently on offer plus a tall boy 17 Sep 2024 Costing targets received from Michele, check if current costs meet this. Landed Cost target: maximum $305-$350 Consider a stowaway product in this range (bar/dresser/desk chameleon)- new year	Hold off registration (need cost comparisons for different construction methods) but ensure prior to cut off date. DELTA AND JASPER COAST TRANSFER TO KFT	Ben decided to let KFT start making Delta and Jasper Coast 24/10/24	Which product takes priority- Delta Coast first. Source components in KFT and buy from China any unavailable. Order golden sample for KFT (after skirt decision) DK agreed to heavy rope+zip+velcro skirt. 3/12/24 style guide for logo placement on injected products (work with Harry for this) - NEW YEAR
MALABAR CERAMIC	Need to rollout to King Cove and Quay Console to help use up offcut stock, otherwise supplier will increase prices on Quay dining tables.	GL to let Alinta know on timings. Add to powder coat options in Quay for now. Consider having timber veneer solution in the future. (NEW YEAR)
CERAMIC - ‘PAPERBARK’ NEW TRAVERTINE	Shunhui travertine monument, issho, samples arriving GL15/11/24. plus one sheet for Rodney and Ryan’s VM tables.	Need flock ordered prior to Christmas for Autumn sale. Add to Issho range in new year - figure out timings.

Non-Storage Storage Beds	DK wants to offer cheaper non-storage option on all our storage beds. Does Serenade need it as we offer sleep plus? Cheaper for slats- so continue with Delta method. 30 Sep 2024	Green light from Shiyang, since no new items and most of the work will be on Pricing team. Park until Marian confirms sizes. - Wait until Delta scope is rolled out.
CASSIA BED	To Do: CAD work to hand over to welders. Speak to Phil today first to confirm good foam techniques. Cassia bed, has wrapping headboard around the mattress, CAD for headboard complete- add smart pocket locations and weld up when break in Cassia schedule. Remaking mech in KFT- Ball working on reverse engineering the mech. Pick up in February with KFT 28 Nov 2024 Cover the base with Leather (DK idea). Leather High Back- with or without pinch seam trialing underway. - DK thinks Allan is only person who can do this. ON HOLD. HB square corner in CAD underway. Lower the priority on this. Still need further exploration of the base colour, not happy yet. 05 Dec 2024 Sebastian has done a design for a mechanism, 3D print a sample to see if it works, and if it does explore costs and if it’s worthwhile compared to nothing. Sebastian	Table lamp base	Lighting	Prototype arrived here, tipping issue investigated. Make 3 samples to reduce tipping. Worked out the base size with required weights- hope to be ready to produce in Feb. Organise the photography once we complete sample. No Cylindo yet as the smart lights don’t appear to be in Cylindo so base would be reducdant. Still to add to Asana board in future.

Marble variation information for customers. Marble top needs extra steel for support. Sampling 2 new reds from approved green marble supplier. Emma making sample of inner liner, Sebastian will assess the bead options available for outdoor and if they are crushable for transport. 15 Aug 2024 Put beans in. 04 Sep 2024 bag lining for beads sample still in progress, unsure of completion date. Frame stand base option- DK wants to explore. Add toggle details to Production in China and assembly instructions (on Adam's list). Finished- Anastasia working on it. NPI for the pool floats. Anastasia has it under control. Register the corner.
Sebastian	1977 Commercial		Khans request for contract specific 1977 modules. firmer foams and higher leg options (tell Khan that other feet will be available). Confirmed with Khan the plans prior to starting. (Can arm be permanently attached.) Offer the existing plastic joiner. Priced up mostly no12 foam - price is $10 better so far- so looking promising. (Essentially outdoor foam shapes in NO12 on indoor steel frame, with arm updates that Ball needs to create for production friendly.) 16 Oct 2024 Need new covers. Design stage completed (arm and foam types)- with KFT on their long list, not sure on timeline yet. 16 Oct 2024 Foolw up with Kae to get back on list.

Haven bed	Bed	Start drawing it up next week. 01 Jul 2024 initial thoughts- chunky soft sides (a bit smaller than Jasper) up down mech, consider keeping premium product sunken storage mech (raise sides perhaps) soft and marshmallow like consider having different height settings for the different mattress heights. New DK note to Tan, Maintain flex mech No need to include up down Don’t have back horizontal back bar, use back as the horizontal Sunken bed - that can raise and lower to different heights as desired to designer- possibly too difficult need to assess the mechanism Can motorised bed sheets go on the bed when upright? i.e. can we use that for bedmaking position in a sunken bed? Go to showroom if they have one Add other headboard options the base - Horizon and Verizon first solution. 13 Aug 2024	Mech sample to get to GL - arrived. Making sample in GL and can then assess the frame. 08 Nov 2024 When sample is complete, check if lower legs motion bed mech can have sheets replaced in this product when upright. (Overall check all features for compatibility.) Issue with leg, potential of making frame in house. Frame leg interfere with tub. but make in house could cost more initially as we don’t have tooling and volume per supplier does. - Consider if a leg could be custom made to fit into the existing tubs.
