Product Overview
The Magnolia dining table is the perfect companion for the Tasman chair. Coming in two compact sizes, the Magnolia Table is King’s answer to quite luxury in smaller living spaces. With real timber veneer and a plywood core, the Magnolia table is the quiet achiever of the KING dining range.

Styling and Concept

The materiality of Tasman/Magnolia collection brings the natural world into the home through the warmth of real timber. With smaller interiors in mind, the range has been designed to be visually ‘light’. An example of this is the open back of the chair that allows light into the space.The table uses the design philosophy of ‘soft minimalism’.

Design Breakdown

Real Timber veneer with solid Timber edging and plywood core
The construction of the top has been be design to reduce cost whilst maximizing the quality and stability of the top over time.

The under carriage of the tables uses a powder-coated steel frame for rigidity and stability.

Slim-line dimensions

Flat-pack design

To reduce the carbon footprint of the product, the table has been designed to pack flat.

Maintenance Tips

Natural materials like timber are vulnerable to expansion and contraction from changing temperatures. King recommends placing timber furniture away from direct sunlight to avoid warping and discolouration.

Regular cleaning and dusting will help to keep the surface in top condition. Once a month use a proprietary brand of furniture polish to protect the surfaces and nourish unsealed timber.

Do not use any chemicals, detergents or any product containing silicon to clean timber veneer.

To minimise scratching timber surfaces, avoid dragging objects across the surface.

Hot or cold objects such as drinks or bottles, placed directly onto surface may leave marks. We recommend using a coaster or other form of protection.
