Q- What would be considered a defective mattress?

A- If the indentation is more than a 20mm dip, then this is not normal. If it's 20mm or less, then this is considered normal. To measure a customer can place a broom across bed and measure how much of a dip there is away from broom to measure the above dimension.

Q- We have a customer who is concerned about allergies. What can we advise in regard to our sleep+ range? A- We have experienced customers with allergies in the past, most of them pertaining to the feathers in our back cushions.

Our Sleep+ Range is sensitive choice approved which means we have submitted research and test findings to determine that our product is asthma and allergy friendly.

I would like to remind you that every component in our Sleep+ mattress range have been engineered to breathe. Unlike some mattresses which contain layers of felt or foams that act like filters trapping dead skin cells and moisture, which creates the perfect breeding ground for dust-mites and mould, all the components in our Sleep+ mattresses have been engineered to allow for maximum breathability. Maximum airflow allows the components to work in harmony to provide the best possible support whilst also allowing moisture to evaporate maintaining a dry and clean environment within the zipped cover. All components can be easily removed and vacuumed whilst the ‘Fit’ covers can be machine washed and eventually replaced as needed to easily maintain a fresh and healthy mattress and avoid entire mattresses going to landfill.

Q- How has the sleep+ mattresses been constructed?

A- Our Sleep Plus range mattress is engineered for comfort. In the range of high-quality mattress out there in the market, our mattress sits on a very valued price for the quality.

The comfort and support of a mattress is achieved from more than just the spring itself. We use premium foam, and we strategically place different gauge Pocket Coil Springs in 5 different zone to provide the support one needs. Kingflex Base features zoned Kingcell® Pocket Coil Springs giving you support where you need it, the firm areas have a 1.8 spring and in the softer areas 1.6. All our springs are specially manufactured by KING

In addition, we take into consideration of the breathability of the foam providing maximum flow, to allow a better night sleep. Temperature is one of the main disturbances to our quality of sleep.

Lastly, the fit Covers are interchangeable and machine washable to suit the seasons or your sleeping preferences.

The mattress design allows it to be cleaned thoroughly - a real innovation, especially if you suffer from allergies.

Q- What is KingCell?

A- Zoned KingCell® Pocket Coil Springs provide a superior level of comfort engineered to create an almost ‘weightless’ sleeping experience.  The Kingcell Pocket springs are divided into Soft and Firmer Zones to intuitively respond to your body weight and shape to maximise pressure relief.  Each Pocket spring is individually encased meaning it works independently and there is no interference from adjacent springs, ensuring maximum support for your body and no partner disturbance when adjusting your sleeping position. A choice of 4 comfort layers are available to further customise and enhance your individual comfort.  The Premium comfort layers are designed to provide superior pressure relief, comfort performance and breathability.
