A- Yes
Q- How are the Neo II cushions constructed?
A- The revised manufacturing process of the Neo II includes waxed fabric inserts and smaller feathers. If your customer experiences issues with feathers poking through, we can supply duck covers which are produced here in Turrella.
Q- How is the Neo II platform constructed?
A- The Neo platform is comprised of stee tube with plywood bolted to it to enclose the frame.
Q- Can we still order the Neo platfolrm P781?
A- No, the P781 has been discontinued, if your customer wants to add to an existing setting, please offer the 781 ottoman.
Q- What is the difference between a Neo I and Neo II AB405?
A- Neo I and Neo II AB405 are the same. The difference between Neo I and Neo II is the platform, the Neo I platform is Aluminum, and the Neo II platform is a steel tube platform.
Q- Can we use the Li-On battery pack on a NEO DLX sofa?
A- No, the Li-on battery pack is only for King Cloud, Nimbus and Leon. The current Neo II configuration does not allow for the Li-on battery to be compatible.
Q- Will the Neo chaise packages be reintroduced under Neo II?
A- No, there is no plan to reintroduce the chaise at this stage. It was removed to simplify the Neo range since it was selling in extremely low quantities. A similar chaise can be made with a 2 str 1 arm turned on its side like the package below. It’s longer than a chaise but that is the closest we can offer at this stage. They could also put an ottoman in front of a regular seat to create a modular chaise.
Q- Can we supply memory foam inserts for Neo II?
A- No, we are unable to create memory foam inserts for the Neo II, we found that the comfort of the sofa was significantly compromised. For this reason, we are not willing to provide the customer with this product.
We have had a customer order the desired package excluding inserts (covers only), this customer then sourced their own cushion inserts with an external supplier. If this is something your customer is willing to consider we can assist by providing them with the exact cushion insert dimensions and they can have the luxury of customising their own comfort.
