Q- Are we able to supply a mattress topper for Delta III?

A- Currently we do not have a mattress topper designed specifically for Delta III.

Q- How can a customer switch from non-smart arms to smart arms?

A- The arms are manufactured differently, so while you can cover the non-smart arm with a smart cover, there will be dips and bulges, so the finish will not be smooth.

Q- Can the Delta Metro adjustable leg be used on Delta III?

A- Yes, the Delta Metro leg can be used on Delta III but not on Delta III storage.

Q- How do I connect Delta III storage with non-storage?

A- What we suggest is connecting the magic joiner on top of the tub

  1. Squeeze the joiner through the narrow gap between the tub and the platform on the storage piece.

  1. Remove the tub a little bit then put the joiner in position on the storage piece.

  1. Reattach the tub.

Q- Can the Uno leg be used on Delta III Storage?

A- No, this leg is not interchangeable, only the standard leg can be used as the base of the storage needs to sit on the floor.

Q- What is the weight of each Delta III platform?

A- The Delta III Rectangle base without storage tub weight is 32.3kg

Delta III Rectangle base with storage tub weight is 41.1kg

Q- What is the weight capacity on Delta III seat module?

A- All our sofas meet the Australia standards of 120Kg per seat.

Q- How is the Delta III leg constructed?

A- The leg is an injection moulded polymer for all finish types. All finishes excluding Congo are timber veneered to this polymer leg. Congo does not use a veneer rather the polymer is black in colour and embossed with a texture emulating timber.

Q- What are the manufacturing tolerances on the Delta III?

A- The product card dimensions are representative of maximum floor space required to accommodate. The platform is 800mm deep and another 120mm is expected for the back cushion free standing, as a rule of thumb. Our manufacturing tolerance for frames are rarely more than +/-2mm.

Q- Are the Delta II back cushions compatible with Delta III?

A- Yes, they are compatible, but they will inherently look different as Delta II has twin needle stitching on the comers and Delta III has topstitching.

Q- Are the Delta I back cushions compatible with Delta III?

A- No, the Delta I is not compatible with the Delta III they have been constructed in a separate way, the Delta I backs sit on tubes as opposed to brackets and the back cushion are smaller than the Delta III. Delta I also has a different arm configuration and attachment.

Q- Which gas strut are used for these Delta storage pieces?

A- The armchair takes the 240 struts

Q- Can the Delta III Platform table round be used on a Delta II?

A- Yes, you can use the Delta III platform accessory on a Delta II.
