| title | Q- We have a client who is allergic to feathers. Is it possible to order Non feather fill for back cushions or would the duck covers be sufficient? |

A- Duck covers are like a pillowcase that goes around the feather / ultra-down insert, these covers will not reduce allergic reaction. Their purpose is to prevent loose feathers from poking through the fabric cover. The Zaza not only has feathers in the back cushions but also the arm backs. In addition, the indoor and outdoor frames are created differently so adding the outdoor arm back to the indoor frame may cause issues for the customer. It would be our recommendation to the customer to purchase the Zaza Outdoor as is including back cushions, upholstered in our King Living indoor Fabric. This process will ensure the inserts and arms are free from feather and all sofa components will work together seamlessly. |

A - A buttonhole Is normal for an armback to be installed into the platform with a bracket through the hole, one long side of the platform doesn’t have buttonholes however the other 3 sides will have buttonholes so in most cases it is unavoidable to have potential for buttonholes to be visible. There is no Zaza table and never has been. |

A - Yes, the Zaza is available in leather, but we do not offer leather on packages with multiple platforms. A multi-platform package with leather can be built at discretion of the customer from the 2, 2.5 or 3 seater packages. Sometimes the cushions will slip down which has been noticed primarily with Prestige leather. |
