A- Yes, the Jasper Bed will always come with knock-ins for smart accessories
Q- Jasper Bed product sheet mentions a GPO option, will this be available for countries outside Australia?
A- No, GPO will only be available for Australia – the hardware will be the same as the Eto GPO version, and the Australian company making these haven’t have not developed the fixtures for other countries.
Q- Jasper Bed product sheet mentions a flip lid coming as standard, but we have the bed displayed with drawers. What will customers receive?
A- The flip top lids will be finished in GL on the 12th of October 2020 and we will airfreight these out to stores. Retail will be in touch closer to this regarding the changeover date. All beds before then will have drawer shelves, and after this date all beds will have flip top shelves and drawer shelves will be discontinued. In SAP the current shelf is the drawer shelf, and you can differentiate this because it doesn’t does not say LH/RH. When the flip top lid is introduced, the shelves will have a LH/RH version.
Q- For the Lume light to be attached with Jasper Bed, I assume it is the angled power smart Arm - is this correct?

Q- Could you please confirm whether the Jasper Bed shelves will have a powerpoint and USB as per the online image?
A- I'll ask Marketing to remove that image as we are still waiting on compliance certification before we can introduce that feature. Wireless charging is available currently.
