titleQ- What hardwood is used underneath the timber veneer of the Canyon Dining Table?

A- The construction of the Canyon Dining table is wholly from either American Ash or American Walnut.  Small blocks of timber are used to create a butcher block style substrate which provides stability and reduces chances of warping or splitting across the large floating table tops.  4mm thick planked solid boards are applied to the substrate top and bottom to finish the table top.
